Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I want to bring the fun. Can I add an activity to this website?

A: Absolutely, and please do. Simply click here for our Fun Form. Fill out the details of your fun find, and send it to us for review. We'll do a little fact checking and post it for the world to see – the world of active people in Pinellas County, that is. Thanks, in advance for sharing your secret hiking trail, farmers' market, picnic spot, playground...

Q: Is there some kind of hitch to this “free” website? Will you hit me with an access fee after the first few months?

A: Some of the best things in life really are free. This is one of them, thanks to a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services. Enjoy!

Q: Who is behind this website?

A: The Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County (DOH-Pinellas) and a slew of community partners taking part in a federally funded initiative called Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH). The partners include City of Clearwater, Metropolitan Planning Organization, Healthy St. Pete, Next Stop Produce and St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation. See all the partners below.

Q: How many of the things you offer are really free, as in not even a quarter for a parking meter?

A: Lucky for you, you live in the Capital of Fun — and a lot of it is free. Our website include hundreds of fun activities that won't cost you one hard-earned cent.

Q: Can you tell me what the icons represent?
